Welcome to The Love Batch LLC! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering

  • Orders must be placed by the stated deadlines (listed on our website or social media).

  • All orders are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it.

  • A confirmed order is not final until payment is received.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments through Website, Stripe, Square, Venmo, Zelle, etc.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to sales tax as required by law.

3. Cancellations & Refunds​

  • Orders are non-refundable due to being made to order.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup times and locations will be confirmed when you order. Please arrive on time, as we cannot guarantee freshness if items are not picked up promptly.

  • Delivery (if offered) will be subject to availability and may include a delivery fee.

  • Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or spoilage.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Our products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies when placing an order.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders may require additional notice and payment.

  • We reserve the right to use photos of custom products for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise at the time of ordering.

7. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we cannot accept returns. Please inspect your order at pickup to ensure it meets your expectations.

8. Liability

By purchasing from The Love Batch LLC, you acknowledge and accept the risks of consuming homemade food products and release us from liability related to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or improper handling after pickup/delivery.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
